 Our values

Our service is built on the following values and they form the basis of everything that we do:

PROMOTING INDEPENDENCE

We aim to support our clients in remaining as independent as possible, for as long as possible, in the comfort of their own homes. We believe that this independence is key to maintaining confidence, happiness and general wellbeing

QUALITY, DIGNITY AND RESPECT

We consistently strive to provide the highest quality of care to our clients with the utmost dignity and respect. Supporting each individual with the same high levels of care and compassion, making a real difference to that person’s life.

THE PERSONAL TOUCH

Our flexible, person-centred approach allows us to continue delivering high quality care. Care that has proven to be invaluable for our clients and their families.

Our story
UK Care Team was founded in 2013 when we recognised a growing need in Leicestershire for care that could help those in need maintain independent living in the comfort of their own homes. UK Care Team has since grown into a team of over 100, with carers operating across all of Leicestershire.
Despite growing rapidly, one thing that remains is the goal we set out to achieve. To enhance the quality of life for our clients and allow them to live independently in the comfort of their own homes. We have brought together some of the most experienced and skilled individuals to ensure we’re delivering on this goal every day.

Our latest poll showed 100% of the UK Care Team believe they are making a difference in people’s lives.

This is part of our DNA and is what gets us out of bed every morning.
